We started planting Hazelnut trees in 2021. These trees are Eastern Filbert Blight Resistant Rutgers Cultivars. We how have 150 Trees in the ground growing on our farm.

We have also been experimenting with Truffles. Since 2022, we have been growing both Tuber Borchii, the Bianchetto Truffle, and Tuber Melanosporum, the Perigord Truffle. We hope to have truffles in the next couple of years.
